<p>Masca cu ovaz are un efect delicat de curatare si usoara exfoliere, fiind recomandata in mod special tenului gras, pe care il lasa curat si improspatat. Este potrivita si pentru tenul sensibil.</p>
<p>Ai nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:<br />
-jumatate de cana mica de fulgi de ovaz maruntiti (in blender sau masina de rasnit)<br />
-jumatate de cana mica de miere<br />
-doua picaturi de ulei esential de portocale (optional, daca nu ai tenul usor iritabil)<br />
-adauga apa pana cand se formeaza o pasta omogena<br />
Lasa masca sa actioneze timp de 10 minute, apoi clateste cu apa calduta.</p>

<p>Pentru ca ai nevoie de multa energie pe parcursul intregii zile, eu iti propun o salata de cruditati pe care sa o prepari foarte repede&#8230; pentru ea ai nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>400 grame de morcovi<br />
400 grame de telina<br />
800 grame de mere<br />
2 oua<br />
zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie<br />
20 grame de mustar<br />
ulei<br />
piper<br />
sare</p>
<p>Pentru inceput speli bine legumele si merele iar apoi le cureti. Morcovii si telina le dai prin razatoare, iar merele le tai julien.<br />
Din galbenusuri, mustar, ulei si zeama de lamaie se prepara o maioneza pe care o poti subtia cu sifon.<br />
Legumele si merele taiate se amesteca cu maioneza, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust iar pe urma se aranjeaza pe o farfurie, se orneaza dupa bunul plac si&#8230;..POFTA BUNA!!!</p>

<p>Chiar daca pare ciudat, exista intr-adevar si o dieta in functie de zodie. Pentru ca fiecare zodie guverneaza o anumita parte a corpului, dar are in acelasi timp si caracteristici proprii, aceasta dieta inedita a ajuns destul de cunoscuta.</p>
<p>Iata care ar fi alimentele de baza pe care ar trebui sa le consumi, in functie de zodia in care te-ai nascut:</p>

<p><strong>Berbec</strong>. Nativelor din berbec le sunt recomandate in primul rand legumele, asa ca o dieta pe baza de fructe si legume, ar putea fi cea mai potrivita alegere. Ar trebui sa evite carnea rosie si sa consume cat mai mult peste, pentru a evita problemele de sanatate cauzate de stomac.</p>

<p><strong> Taur.</strong> Femeile taur care au probleme cu kilogramele in plus sunt  foarte hotarate, asa ca mai devreme sau mai tarziu ele vor scapa de  aceste kilograme, cu siguranta. Pentru ele, o dieta cat mai sanatoasa,  care sa includa toate grupele de alimente si in care sportul sa joace un  rol principal, este singura cale de succes.</p>

<p><strong>Gemeni.</strong> Nativele din gemeni au adesea probleme cu oasele, asa ca o dieta pe baza de lactate nu ar trebui sa le lipseasca din cand in cand din alimentatie. In plus, salatele si fructele sunt cele care le fac sa se simta perfect in pielea lor.</p>
<p><strong><a href="null"><img class="alignleft" src="http://www.divahair.ro/images/speciale/articole/andreea/2009.03.23/diete4.jpg" alt="" width="96" height="100" /></a>Rac.</strong> Sfecla rosie pare a fi alimentul minune care nu ar trebui sa lipseasca din dieta niciunei native din rac. Aceasta ajuta la circulatia sangelui si iti va oferi vitalitatea de care ai atata nevoie uneori. In plus, legumele, chiar daca nu sunt pe placul tau uneori, te vor ajuta sa scapi de problemele stomacului.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Leu.</strong></span> In cazul femeilor nascute in zodia leu, vinetele sunt legumele pe care ar trebui sa le consume cel mai des. Alte alimente recomandate sunt legumele verzi, salata, spanacul, broccoli-ul, strugurii, stafidele sau fructele kiwi.</p>

Chiar daca va fi  greu, va trebui sa renunti treptat la aceasta pasiune si sa o inlocuiesti  cu ceva mai sanatos, cum ar fi un fruct, daca vrei ca dieta ta, oricare  ar fi aceasta, sa dea rezultate.</p>

<p><strong>Balanta.</strong> Balantele ar trebui sa se fereasca in primul rand de bauturile alcoolice daca vor ca dieta lor sa dea rezultate. In plus, sa renunte la mesele luate aproape tot timpul in oras si sa opteze si pentru ceva sanatos, gatit acasa &#8230; Dietele vegetariene sunt cele mai indicate pentru nativele nascute in aceasta zodie.</p>

<p><strong>Sagetator.</strong> Smochinele, perele, nectarinele sau citricele sunt fructele care nu trebuie sa lipseasca din dieta ta. Consuma carne alba de pui sau peste, pe gratar, pentru a nu mai avea probleme cu digestia si evita bauturile dulci carbogazoase.</p>

<p><strong> Capricorn.</strong> Capricornul face adesea excese alimentare asa ca ai grija pentru ca esti predispusa la unele afectiuni ale inimii.   Din dieta ta nu trebuie sa lipseasca ceaiurile naturale. Nu consuma grasimi de niciun fel, pentru ca mai devreme sau mai tarziu colesterolul iti va da batai de cap.</p>

Dintre toate zodiile, femeile varsator sunt probabil singurele care chiar vor tine o dieta pana la capat. Alimentele recomandate lor sunt legumele, semintele de tot felul si carnea alba de peste.</p>
